Melty

On most weekdays, I drive a 1990 Dodge Caravan that my grandpa gave me a couple years ago. It saves miles and wear and tear on my 1995 Toyota Camry, which I plan to drive to about 1,000,000 miles. As a result, the Camry can sit out in front of my house untouched for days on end.

Here's what happens when you leave your favorite cd in the front seat of a closed up car for several days during an Arkansas summer.

What's funny is that I actually used to have an extra copy of this CD, and gave it away a couple months ago.

Comments:
Wow...the Superman cover, too. I'm really sorry.

I don't know what you did to incur such bad luck recently, but as long as you keep posting about it, I'm a happy guy.

This actually happened a couple months ago, I was cleaning off my cd/dvd shelf and remembered that I wanted to post a pic of that, since my melted CDs are of general interest to everyone.

The actual Superman cover is fine. It's just the plastic case and the cd itself that were wrecked. This will give me an excuse to go get the version without Superman, and/or the one with balloons instead of Superman.

Everyone loves melted CDs. They're delicious over tortilla chips.

I heard a rumor that the original Illinois photo was Sufjan sitting amongst a bunch of meat and bloody doll heads, and he was wearing a buthers apron and holding a cleaver. I guess the distributors didn't like the cover, so the new one was pasted over the old one. You should really check to see if you have the Butcher Cover, it's worth a ton on Ebay.

Oh, you mean the fan club edition. I have the vinyl of that.

The Illinois B-sides album is coming out next month. I think there are actually more tracks on it than Illinois.

Get Butchered!

That's crazy, I'd never heard about that Beatles album cover.

The new Sufjan B-sides disc is very good, lots of strong songs.

You already heard The Avalanche? Wild. I saw that it was 76 minutes long, too. That man shouldn't try so hard in the future; he used up 7 states worth of music on 3 albums about 2 states. Space it out, Sufjan!

Yeah, I was just on Ebay and 'Butcher Album' covers are going for about $1800. As a kid, I remember me and my cousin destroying his dad's copy of the album in the hopes of finding it.

Oh, and Paul McCartney's dead.

Is this the draftsman? Im just guessing.

This is the draftsman, do you have anything that needs drafting?

Which Chris is this, assuming you are a Chris?

You have assumed correctly my friend. This is indeed a chris. Chris Smith, not of the heeney of the varity. I've not seen you in quite some time. I have moved away and haven't seen any of you folks in quite some time. Bummer about that suf record but at least the rare superman cover is still intact.

Haw! haw haw! Way to go you big Laxative! typical, typical of your blundering ways.

i am supreme.
